WoodSpring Suites Billings

The only thing I wish they had was some morning coffee haha but coffee shop is literally a stone’s throw away; along with convenient stores, a Sam’s club and other nearby resources. The staff was wonderful and helpful by all accords. Very welcoming and friendly, and their housekeeping staff really stood out as well! Noticeably hard-working and for an extended stay personnel, they kept up with all my goofy and random requests and even became great friends with my dogs! Highly recommended property!

Very clean very large and very comfortable beds. 24 hr security cameras all over cars will be safe, key card entry at every door. Well lit parking lot. Close to a few stores coffee shop, domino's, subway, bass pro shops, same club, Wendy's, taco John's, subway, vape store, repair shop and gas stations.

This is a new hotel. The lady at the desk said it was 8 months old. The check in process was very easy and quick. When we arrived in our room it smelled new. Was nice to have a room that is new and not used alot. The beds are comfortable but they are the type that dont need a box spring and on a metal frame. Not the best looking and made the room look kinda cheap. The beds are also able to move very easy. The room had a cook top, full fridge, microwave and alot of shelving to store things if you need. The AC worled well as when we arrived in the room the temperature was set to 59 degrees Fahrenheit. The bathroom was nice and well maintained. The only complaint in the bathroom is the shower head as it did t have alot of pressure so it toom forever to rinse off. Overall this a nice convenient location in the billings area next to I90 and a few places to eat close to the hotel.

Me and my family stay here only for a night. The hotel is super clean as well as the rooms. I had no problem checking in and out. We will return in the future. This hotel is highly recommended

Nice modern motel. Nice kitchenette but no plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Guess you need to ask for them. The king size bed was comfortable.. room was very clean. Good location. Only 10 minutes to downtown and the hospitals.

Real spacious and super clean, new facilities. Not many toiletries. Plenty of clean and good towels. Bed and bedding were great. The staff at check-in (Sky) was super attentive and friendly. No restaurant or kitchen onsite. Rooms are Suites, probably that’s why. Carts available. Large elevator. Laundry room is amazingly equipped $2.50/load. Dog relief area with bags. Real good Hair dryer available upon request. The kitchen in the suite was super functional and equipped. You can also buy a set of utensils if needed. Will definitely consider this chain next time we need a suite setup.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in .the rooms Were excellent. They were clean. The beds were so comfy. With excellent climate control. Also has a kitchen knife and it, so you could bring your food. Put it in a fridge and you could cook meals. Very comfy, like being at home. This is one hotel that I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a nice, clean and quiet extended stay hotel complete with a full size refrigerator and small kitchen. The beds are firm but comfortable and the area seems to be safe and crime free. Short drive to downtown and to King Street. Excellent choice for families that dont want to eat out every night or workers staying for a while. Staff is always very friendly. I stay here every time im in town for work.
